Tureys
One platform for independent contractors: company setup, payments, and taxes.
Overview
Tureys is a one-stop digital platform for independent contractors. It makes getting paid simple and pairs every user with a dedicated financial expert, so payments and taxes stop being a worry.
It's built for people who want to start a company as well as those already running one: setup and day-to-day management, handled digitally, in one place.
Scope of work
- Brand identity: logo, color palette, typography
- Marketing website design, desktop and mobile
- Product UI: web dashboard
The brand
The wordmark does the talking: the T is drawn as a 7, one small twist that makes the name ownable. The system around it is tight: charcoal and bright mint, friendly line-art illustrations, and a full brand guide covering logo rules, color use, and the don'ts. In a product about taxes, the illustration style earns its place: it keeps heavy topics light.
The website
The marketing site gives a first-time founder the full picture: how the system works, what the services cover, from bookkeeping to virtual office, transparent pricing for each company type, and honest answers in the FAQ. It closes the only way a calm site should: a signup form, then the wordmark at full width.
The product
The core flow turns company formation into a few guided steps: choose a company type, upload the paperwork, pay, and your application is in. From there the dashboard becomes the contractor's financial home: expenses by category, income trends, application statuses, and a simple monthly routine of handing invoices and receipts to your accountant.
Reflection
Tureys lives in a heavy world: company formation, invoices, taxes. The design job, across the brand, the website, and the product, was to make that weight feel manageable: plain language, calm surfaces, and one clear next step on every screen. It taught me a rule I still design by: the more complicated the domain, the quieter the design should be.
